Peter and Sarah Sholl
(Church Missionary Society in Monterrey, Mexico)
Peter and Sarah are based in Mexico but working on a ministry that stretches throughout Latin America. Peter is the director of MOCLAM, an organisation that provides the Moore College Certificate in Theology course to Spanish-speaking students all over Latin America. People from all walks of life – pastors, student workers, church members – study in groups or as individuals to delve deeply into God’s word. As they understand the Bible as a whole, they get to know God better and are transformed personally as they learn. |

Phil and Glenda Carter
(Kiunga, Papua New Guinea)
Phil and Glenda have been based in Kiunga in the Western Province of Papua New Guinea, close to the Irian Jaya border. Kiunga has a population of approximately 3,000 people and is a central trading place where many from surrounding villages come to buy and sell goods. With many Churches and denominations Kiunga is a strategic place to strengthen and support the Christians in surrounding villages.
Phil and Glenda were involved in itinerant teaching and training in the villages surrounding Kiunga. Their desire is to strengthen the local Christians who may have heard the gospel but have minimal resources, and encouragement for them to continue to walk in the Christian faith.
