Stuart has lived on the northern beaches for most of the last 18 years. Before entering full-time paid ministry he worked as an architect. Stuart enjoys surfing, coffee, rugby, and most of all, his family. He is married to Cate, and together they have three growing boys.
Stuart completed his theological studies at Regent College, Vancouver and Moore Theological College, Sydney. He has also taught at Wesley Institute for Ministry and the Arts.
Pastoral responsibilities: As Senior Minister, Stuart is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the staff and church as a whole. This includes pastoral oversight of all the congregations. He has particular responsibility for the Palm Beach and 8am & 10am Avalon congregations.
Matt Davies

Matt grew up on the South Coast of New South Wales. Before entering full-time paid ministry he completed an Arts Degree in Communication and Cultural Studies. He then worked in subscription-TV and produced conferences. He enjoys tennis, coffee, going to the beach and hanging out with people who make him laugh. He is married to Amy, and they have an awesome son.
Matt studied at Moore Theological College, Sydney and completed a Ministry Apprenticeship with MTS.
Pastoral responsibilities: As Associate Minister, Matt is involved in discipleship across all the congregations, assisting with our youth ministries and is primarily responsible for serving the 6:00pm congregation.
Our former Associate Minister, Rev Jaime Dickson is now Senior Minister at St Pauls, Seaforth.

Sally Longley

Sally is married to Jim, and they have two teenage children. While born in Australia she has spent many years studying and working overseas. After studying Theology in London, Sally worked in chaplaincy at several universities in South Africa.
Returning to Australia after 16 years overseas, Sally lectured in Geography at the Australian Catholic University. She spent some years on the Board of the New College Values Institute, UNSW, and on the Social Issues Commission for the Anglican Church.
In 2005-6 Sally, along with her family, spent a year at the Mennonite Seminary in Indiana where she studied spiritual formation and spiritual direction.
Pastoral responsibilities: Sally provides pastoral support to people across our four congregations. Along with Jim, she also pastors the Sunday congregation at Palm Beach.
Erich Serediuk
Erich concluded his time with us at the end of 2011.
